Theresa is amazing. I have known her for many years, first as one of her teachers in Rosen Method Bodywork, and then as her student in Rosen Method Movement. As a teacher, Theresa is creative, knowledgeable in anatomy, and responsive to what is happening in the moment. Her movement classes are fun!  Participating in them for these 3 years of the pandemic has been lifesaving! My body is grateful.
