Rosen Method Movement was developed by Marion Rosen and emerged from her work as a physical therapist. RMM exercises focus on moving the joints and their bones/muscles in accordance with their natural structure. The movements are firmly grounded in decades of knowledge and experience with the human body. The exercises found in RMM classes are similar to those found in many types of dance and movement modalities; they are the basic building blocks for most all movements. Rosen Method Movement can complement and deepen the practice of other modalities and prepare you for more strenuous activities.
